RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Overview
Luxuryholic Australia only offers exchange for the items that are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return and exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and proof of damaged in a form of photo / video.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges
To process an exchange, send us an email at sales@luxuryholic.com.au and we shall send a confirmation for additional steps further to complete the exchange.
Defective or Damaged
Luxuryholic Australia would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority. Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been used. We are only to exchange the products that are faulty upon receipt.
The following rules have been implemented in regards with this matter:
- All products undergo quality check during processing stage. Customers shall receive a notification via email once the products have been processed. This notification consists of photos as proof of product’s condition prior shipping.
- In the event of products being received with damages, Luxuryholic Australia requires photos & videos as proof.
- The proof shall be sent to us within 24 hours after delivery.
- No proof, no exchange.
Used Products
Luxuryholic Australia do not offer refund, returns and exchange to all items purchased as “used” condition. This specifically applies to the following.
- Designer bags
Damage Jewelleries
Damaged jewelleries that are no longer covered by our exchange policy can be repaired by Luxuryholic Australia. However, the following fees will apply to the customers.
- Shipping Fee
- Repair Fee
Timeframe for repair may take up to 1 month or more.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us prior sending the product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
