Order Verification

An email confirmation is sent to your nominated email address after placing your order. Please keep this email and all information included as proof of your purchase.

 

Order Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

Once we receive your payment, your orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holiday). In the event of possible delays, we will send a notification to your nominated email with further information.

Once your order is ready, we will send you an email notification containing the update and tracking information.

  • All orders are shipped from Gosnells, Western Australia.
  • Luxuryholic does not ship internationally currently. We only ship domestically – Australia.
